Las horas de aseo de las habitaciones, estuve todo el día en la playa desde las 8 am hasta las 4 pm y justo cuando íbamos llegando a la habitación estaba sin asear, llamamos al servicio y nos dijeron que nos teníamos que salir de la habitación para asearla porque a las 4:30 pm es la hora de salida del personal, después de estar todo el día fuera y queríamos descansar un rato en la habitación resulta que no solo no hicieron el aseo cuando no estábamos sino que no podíamos descansar porque debíamos salirnos para que hicieran la limpieza. Eso si genero molestia.

La atención y disponibilidad del personal, excelente! Su cordialdad y amabilidad.

- El bufete: comida y cena, no varía, esperaba siendo Costa incluyeran variedad de mariscos; mejor el área de especialidades. En la cena al exterior, la carne asada muy dura. - La habitación muy austera y falta mucha luz. - El show muy bonito, pero falta actualizarlo, no ha cambiado en años. - En check out, el personal de limpieza reportó a recepcion faltaba toalla de manos y no tuvimos. Nuestro error fue no reportarlo.

Hay tv con internet pero no funciona, el clima no funciona, el telefono no funciona en fin las instalaciones ya quedaron obsoletas
