El personal NO TIENE ACTITUD DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, todo era NO, ademas en la habitación se escuchaba todo el día cuando se prendía un hidroneumático muy ruidoso, las señoritas de la recepción muy groseras y en nuestra salida como el vuelo salía tarde no querían guardarnos las maletas en lo que íbamos a comer, muy decepcionante en relación al costo de la habitación y al mal servicio, no volvería nunca a ir

Good location

Facilities are outdated, feels like nothing apart TVs have been changed since opening. Not a great value for money. But the thing that disappointed me the most was the staff. Not the customer service one should the expect in 2025. While checking out I asked if I could stay in the pool area for a few more hours I was told ‘no, give me your hand I will cut the bracelet’. First time I experienced that but I can accept if that is the hotel’s policy. No problems. The more surprising thing in a negative way was the front desk employee asking me where is the TV remote is. When I told it was left in the room she got visibly frustrated and started calling housekeeping telling me to wait. Like what would I do with a stolen TV remote???

The only good thing is located next to the beach.

I was very disappointed to find that several of the amenities advertised on your website were not available, including, "Wi-Fi, Tv cable, a chair to sit, trash can, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, telephone cable broken and need to pay extra for a key to the safe box. We stay for 3 nights and the elevator it was out of service during my stay and l didn't receive no help. The front desk staff were so rude when l asked them if it was possible to cancel my reservation after l found out all these amenities were not available, but they said it wasn't possible. I chose this hotel specifically for these features, and their absence significantly impacted my stay because I was planning to work from my room while my family have fun in the beach. I brought this to the attention to the staff, but received no help.

I loved this location closely to the beach but I did not like conditions of the building, such as walls unpainted and old furniture.

The location

Being put in a bare room, no chairs, nothing but a bed. A room with a beautiful balcony, which was also bare, no chairs, no little table, just empty. I know, I booked using the Internet and this seemed to be frowned upon by the reception staff - therefore this room, I guess.

To stay there was very bad

The AC did not function in the room they had a secured parking lot and I got keyed scratch on my truck our stay was very bad was overpriced the rooms are no fantastic

PROS: We only stayed for the night and booked this stay VERY last minute, but the location in Playa Miramar can't be beat. Check-in was a breeze, the check in area is beautiful and updated, and the check-in staff was very friendly, even though we only speak Spanglish. Yes, you get actual metal keys, handed the TV remote, and towel cards at check-in, but I knew this from reading the reviews so we were prepared. We were directed to park our personal car at an open parking spot by the attendant who was also very friendly. We had a room on the 2nd floor (3rd floor really, since the check-in floor was considered floor 0). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower was clean and had hot water. We thought breakfast was delicious and varied. We paid about $30 US for breakfast since we didn't purchase the all-inclusive package. We thought this was an OK price since it was all you can eat and the service was friendly and exceptional. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beach but it was a rainy day when we woke up in the morning.

CONS: Rooms really need a modern technological update. We have to move the beds to the opposite side of the room in order to plug our CPAP machines in because the wall where the beds were situated didn't have outlets. Luckily the beds were movable. This is really our only complaint.
