Price ,is expesive and the place is not really good.

good food, restaurant and surveillance staff are a great plus. pool and beach areas are also good.

first room smelled bad, then I received an upgrade but it took 1.5 hours to get bell boy taking me to new room. Front desk was really busy but still need to work on client’s service, since guys there lack of service skills (some of them).

I stay at the hotel 2 nights and then I have to reach another better option. I mean, my kids was looking to have fun at the pools but with special preference for the jacuzzi. The 2 jacuzzi's that the hotel have, are out of service both. The 3 pools completely dirty. It was not a good experience for me and for my family.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I feel like I have been trapped in 1992, no wifi, only at the lobby but has poor reception. FOOD IT'S TERRIBLE. The only good things are the pina coladas, so I'm basically surviving on pinas coladas. The bed smelled like someone peed on it. I call reception to let them know about the situation. they said they would send someone to check it out, I waited for over an hour and no one came. Keys to the room are literally lock keys like in 1992. Everything it's just antiquated, I'm a frequent traveler and I'm use to hotels, but this is by far one of the worst. I work from my computer, so I basically require wifi. and I can't get it anywhere in here. During the night the noise from outside the room didn't allow us to sleep until 3:00 am when I had to call front desk to let them know about the noise, they said it was because a graduation party, but tht's not acceptable, it was really late and couldn'r sleep well. I believe the administration needs to invest on remodeling the hotel and apply the new technology avaiable for the hotel industry, everything just looks OLD and I'm very dissapointed on this resort. Even thought my family are members of the "timeshare" I won't be returning back to this time capsule trapped hotel.

Located in an oil refinery area of Mexico, the resort has pools and a beach and tennis courts. We were there off-season, it seems, and got to use a pool on the last day only. Local attractions include city of Tampico, a good park with an envionmental museum, a local culture/history museum, and a pier with over 150 raccoons making their home in the rocks on either side. Off season meant not much going on at the resort. An all-inclusive resort meant our partial kitchen had nothing in it but a sink.
