"Nice hotel near downtown Hamilton."

We arrived late due to cancelled flight. Staff offered to have sandwiches/snacks/sodas in our room if we wanted. Staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

"Excellent boutique hotel close to town"

The hotel had beautiful grounds, excellent restaurant called huckleberries and a very upbeat knowledgeable staff. Only thing that was not comfortable was the size of the beds.

"A real gem !"

The accommodations are wonderful and the staff is very caring. I plan to stay at the Rosedon the next time I come to Bermuda,in fact I will never stay anywhere else. The Rosedon is a step back in time, truly charming.

Hotel combines attentive service with attractive grounds and proximity to central Hamilton. A pleasure to get away from the mega-resorts and find an oasis of calm so close to the bustle of the central city

From the accommodations to the staff, excellent vacation resort. Expedia couldn't have chosen better.. And a hidden secret lies in the restaurant voucher system that on average saved us 20% at 4 outstanding eateries.

"A Wonderful Stay"

Our recent stay at the Rosedon was a wonderful break from the hectic pace back home. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was exceptional, very welcoming and helpful for all our needs. The daily afternoon tea was great...a chance to relax after the day's activities. The location of the hotel is excellent for accessing Hamilton. We will definitely return again, and would highly recommend it to others.

"Bright Lights"

The hotel is undergoing significant changes and as a regular guest in the past, they may take some getting used to. It does though seem that some of the charm may be lost to the changes. The room I stayed in had very strong lights shining through the curtains all night and a light blocking blind is needed.

"Wonderful Hospitality"

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff are very friendly which adds to the charm and wonderful hospitality of this hotel. The location is ideal as I can walk to most things. They are currently doing renovations and it looks great. They are adding a restaurant which is good as it is the one thing that is missing. They had sent me an email a few weeks before my stay to let me know of the renovations and also called me the week before. They even offered to book me at another hotel if I wanted to due to the renovations. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and because I was there for business to ensure my business needs were met. I can't wait to return to Bermuda and the Rosedon. See you in December!
