"Room good location great. Incidental charge absurd."

The downside is they charged a 250 deposit. I just stayed at a 5 star hotel and didn’t get charged that much. That shocked me. Totally absurd.

"Pool is on ice, otherwise pleasant"

Location

Please heat the pool in winter!!! It has been ICE cold for a full month now. And stock the towels at night. Otherwise a nice hotel with very courteous staff.

Awesome experience and amazing breakfast omelet The hot-tub was open and very nice also — the staff is very accommodating and tries to get to the “YES” instead of tell you how they can’t do this or that, like other hotels
