"Comfortable and clean stay."

We loved the breakfast room. I liked the made to order omelets. It was very clean and had a variety of food choices.

I telephoned the front desk 3 times after I returned home. I believe I left something very dear to me behind. The staff said they would call me back, but no one has.

"Nice hotel and at a great price!"

I really like this property. It was neat, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Parking is free. The breakfast is pretty good and very high on the variety scale. My room was small, but it was very cute the way it was laid out and I liked the kitchen aspect to it. The towels were very fluffy and the bed was super comfortable

"Want be going back here ever !! Worst customer service poor employees infected rooms"

They were very non chalant about the roaches I had crawling from my 9yr old daughter cake I snapped a picture tried to smash it it jumped off the stove and went under a crack by the refrigerator so if u see one roach there is plenty more

When I mentioned it nobody followed back up with me about it I very upset because it ruined my child’s customized cake that was 250$ and no one seemed to care at all very unacceptable !

"Definitely will not return"

Free parking, hot shower, decent free breakfast. Walking distance to Peets coffee

Felt a little unsafe, lots of marijuana smoking around the exterior, creepy people hanging around the entrance at night. Staff seemed under the influence. Room was very strangely configurated. And it was expensive!!

"A great pick for Pleasant Hill CA!"

Great breakfast! Very Quiet, even next to elevator bank. Ample, simple free parking. Large apartment-like space with 2 beds in separate room was great. Very friendly staff. Close to Pleasant Hill attractions. Convenient location right off I-680.

The motion activated lights are a distraction. Is this really so necessary with the invention of LED lighting? The pillows were too fat and hard for us. (we brought our own.). The mattresses are a bit hard for us.
