The entire experience was a nightmare.

This was a great property, loved the efficiency of the space and the fact that there was a washer and dryer.

This was a great surprise for us... Slightly expensive, but for that you get a huge, clean, 13th floor apartment 4-5 blocks from the center of phoenix, surrounded but places to eat / drink and secure university area, secure car park in building.. Apartment had all cooking facilities and washer/ dryer.... all utensils, and even wasking powder / softrner, and dishwasher tabs, literally everything you would need. rooftop pool access and lesuire area really a great experiance - loved it... the ONLY slight criticism was that there is a TV but no channels.. so you need to Chromcast from your device... we were not prepared for this so could not watch TV... maybe it was mentioned but we missed it... but that did not spoil our enjoyment of a fabulous apartment..

This hotel was completely operated online. Bo check in desk, no easy way to get ahold of anyone, parking was not free or easy to figure out and early check in or late check out is also extra. No one was there to help and the workers in the building have no clue what Sonder even is. If you are not good with phones or computers, this is a horrible place to stay because of the difficulty of doing anything. AND you HAVE to get the app to do anything. The place was nice and clean but I’d prefer to pay $50 more to have the actual service of a hotel including cleaning, trash, sheets etc… it was not worth the hassle

This property worked out fine, but just for clarity, it is not a hotel. It's a high-rise apartment building that primarily appears to be occupied by young singles. The good part of that is that you get a full apartment, with kitchen, W/D, and living area. The bad part is that there are no hotel amenities like a bar, snack machines, ice makers, a concierge desk, etc., and no daily housekeeping or even someone to give you fresh towels. It is in a bit of an "iffy" area on the outskirts of downtown that is clearly undergoing redevelopment, so some signs of homeless people, etc. nearby, but nothing too bad. Also it seemed noisy on the Saturday night (my room overlooked a bar with a band) but quieted down. Highly recommend the "Snooze" restaurant on the corner for coffee and breakfast, and it's an easy walk to the main downtown area, arena, convention center, etc., plus the Metro goes right past. Overall, it was fine, but be aware of what you're getting.

A place that we will definitely look at next year for our yearly jaunt down to Phoenix. In and out garage parking was an affordable 15 dollar a night add-in. We ended up with a 13th floor studio room that had a balcony and the view was really quite nice toward the east with a great angle on Camelback Mountain. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub and pool open 24/7 depending on weather. Giant walk in closet was great to set up our suitcases and keep them out of sight.

The bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet took forever to refill, and we couldn’t even open the door to the balcony. We called customer service and the lady said they’d send someone by the next day but he never came. Even the beds were rock solid so we got no sleep. Poor experience for sure. I did like the convenience of everything for walking to stores and places but that’s it.
