You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Smoking of any kind is strongly prohibited. This location is prone to noise from the neighboring nightclub. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195(c). The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0765. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"Not the nicest place, choose somewhere else"

The place looks nice, pictures are deceiving. The parking situation is confusing and a bit annoying. To work the elevator you need to put a code in every single time which can be inconvenient. We got the studio which had a balcony, stove and “living room” area, the layout was odd. if you like to watch TV in bed don’t book the studio because it has one tv in the opposite side of the room. The tv doesn't have cable you need to set up streaming to your phone. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced in a stay. Rock hard mattress with flimsy pillows. I was unable to sleep with the uncomfortable bed and i was extremely hot all night, the thermostat stayed at 75+ and would not go any lower even if we tried to put it at 65 it would barely go to 73. We tried opening the door to make it cooler but then we were forced to hear the loud construction + the light rail and noisy people walking by. There are no blinds/ shades so you wake up when the sun comes out as it gets extremely bright. Would not recommend this place at all. The best part was the snooze eatery connected to it which is good I guess.

There was no bracelets for pool we had to phone and we never did get housecoats. Every day our wifi would go down for 3 or 4 hrs. We were dissappointed we didnt get the same apartment we had requested as we didnt have any sun on the balcony were we ended up.

Property team was great and location perfect! Room was ok, smaller than expected, not the cleanest, best amenity was the washer dryer. Lacked amenities in bathroom and general expected areas. Pool, although not advertised, was not heated, hot tub didnt work, nor towels provided. Great communication with property management, we only staying one of our three nights.
