Please inform Sonder at McKinley in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Smoking of any kind is strongly prohibited. This location is prone to noise from the neighboring nightclub. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195(c). The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0765. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

This was the perfect place to stay. We had a 3 night stay over the holidays, and it was refreshing not to have to worry about parking our car on the street (or a publicly accessible lot). Very clean, and easy to get comfy in. I would definitely stay again, and would easily recommend this over normal hotels in the area. Sonder wins, hands down.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where you have to pay for housekeeping. I certainly don’t need it every day but I also don’t think I should be charged for it; especially if that is not made clear at the time of booking. Also the preset temp for the a/c kept the room quite warm at night.

The unit is fine. But the keypad entry to my unit began failing on second day, by third day I couldn't get into my room. The support provided by "Concierge" was uncomprehending, menu/flow chart driven, useless. It took three calls over a five hour period - while I was trying to complete legal and banking errands for a dying sibling to get back in the room. Needless to say, I was thoroughly rattled. Oh and the parking is very tight, my spot had an obstacle out of sight on boundary of the space, so now I have a problem with rental car company!

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly as advertised. The Sonder app was super easy to use. We drove everywhere so not really sure about what’s around but seems to be in a decent area and walkable.

I liked the proximity to DT and light rail. Pool area nice although not noted in rental information that it wasn't heated and could not use. Property needs a little maintenance - sink in bathroom drains very slow, walls scuffed and dirty and please replace only fry pan was so warped I could not cook eggs. Did feel safe and liked view and balcony on property

Room smelled horrible. Like trash and sewage. Loud construction across the street. TV only uses chromecast, they didnt feel it was necessary to communicate that. The sheets on the bed have to be the cheapeast polyester hospital like. Even the toilet paper holder is broken. Not worth the $$
