The property was amazing i highly recommended Sonder

The concierge was top notch. They helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend’s bday. The room could have been dusted a bit better but everything else was good. The pool was amazing along with the rec room area.

The place is fine. A bit expensive for what you get, but the location is good if you want to explore downtown Phoenix. The parking/access instructions/process are fairly detailed/elaborate, making getting in a bit of an ordeal. Also, the code for the door/mobile access as well as the wifi didn't work when we arrived, requiring a bunch of back and forth with the host. They were sufficiently responsive, although we had to reset the route ourselves. Since we were only staying the one night and had an early flight to make we would have rather gotten quickly in & settled, rather than spending a bunch of time figuring out the escape-room techniques required to get into the parking garage/building/elevator, unit. If we had stayed longer it probably would not have seemed such a time intensive ordeal.

Great apartment and fabulous rooftop pool with bbqs for use, plenty of comfortable seating, and beautiful sunset views. The wifi went out one of the days I was there which can happen but was quite problematic as I couldn't get in touch with Sonder to advise without it so had to go to a resto for wifi. Might be good to have a back up plan for guests (e.g. portable wifi device) knowing that other guests may also not pay roaming fees or use cell phones while travelling. But overall a great apartment and stay. Central Records was an impressive music/bar space a 2 min walk away and different than the other usual brew pub spaces also close by.

This property exceeded my expectations. The apartment was cleam and spacious and security in the building was exceptional. The building is located in a busy, loud part of town, so expect it to be noisy. The ear plugs on the nightstand were appreciated!

We loved staying here. We had some trouble with opening an email with the instructions but called and the guy was super helpful, friendly and patient while I rebooted my email, lol. The only complaint is the mattress was very uncomfortable.

I should have read the reviews BEFORE booking. So not to be too long, the area is ideal for everything from night life to being in the center of the state to travel everywhere and do all the things you wish to do. We knew we would take daily (all day, early am trips) so didn’t care too much when we booked. Downside: the WiFi didn’t work, the bed is stiff/extremely firm, the manual door codes didn’t work and the room layout didn’t totally match the photo. We messaged Somder via the all but that wasn’t much help at all. The building is secure which is good but also annoying and should be a key fob entrance. Paying to park is just a cash grab since it’s clearly available but they just want to make extra money from you. Overall, even though we wanted somewhere just to lay our head at night, I wouldn’t recommend this property unless you’re solo but for the comfort you’re better off sleeping in the car for the same experience.

Toilet was broken upon arrival. Was first told maintenance would be up in the morning. Not sure how they thought that would work with no functioning toilet. Finally someone came and tried to fix it but wasn’t successful. We were given access to different room to use toilet but not switch rooms- wasn’t too convenient in middle of the night. Was fixed next day.

Loved the 1 bedroom apartment. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. There were only a couple of issues. The first was the WiFi was out for several hours and the second was they closed the gym for remodeling.

There is a very strong smell of pee right outside the building. You can see the columns stained with pee. And it's aggravated with the heat. May be someone could clean that up from time to time
