Furnishings are showing their age.

No hot water

When we turned the heat on it sounded like a freight train was bearing down on us. There were only 2 tiny pillows on the large bed. And worst of all there wasn't an actual blanket on the bed, so since we couldn't leave the heat on, we both froze all night

I liked nothing at the hotel except the staff were pretty nice, but everything about this hotel was horrible..No hot water or the pictures online did not match what it looked like in real life..Way over priced and not clean with crappy breakfast

I didn't like the vending machine that got my Dr pepper stuck, I didn't like the breakfast, which was a tiny package of powdered doughnuts..They had no hot water and the rooms and hallway were dirty and the pictures did not match the real thing

The room was amazing very big comfortable bed. The front desk was nice and friendly. Just felt like we was very miss informed about the hot water situation. 275$ is alot to hit even have lukewarm water

The mini fridge had molded food left in it. we checked in around 8pm and was told the hot water wasn’t getting as hot as it should but it was still hot enough for a shower. They even gave us a discount because of the water. Got to our room and the water was not hot but still got warm enough we figured we would’ve ok to shower i. the morning early. Get up the next morning the water was ice cold. let it run never warmed up . We literally checked out at 8am because you couldn’t shower. The lady at the front desk told us there wouldn’t be any hot water at all. When she got there the heater had to be reset and wouldn’t work. Had we known that the night before we would have never booked for the weekend.
