They were very friendly compared to best value inn.

No elevator.

The bathroom door wouldn't lock, it smelled like its been sitting. The toilet wouldn't flush and the bed was so hard it felt like concrete. When we said something the lady was rude and did not care. We have stayed at alot of places and this was by far the worst.

It is very unfortunate as they are the only hotel in town with no other competitors nearby. Thus, location is great, but the facilities are not.

They use antiquated WIFI routers that no longer meet the basic security requirements in order to connect to use them. This is a relatively inexpensive fix. I needed the WIFI to get some personal and business items done and had to find a library to use instead. Very inconvenient. Stains in the carpet and lampshades, Breakfast was poor and coffee was cold. Hallway was dark and carpets old and stained. Sink in bathroom is cracked and coffee maker in the room did not work. No extra pillows or towels. The office chair is stained and broken, it will not raise or lower. The only reason to stay is there are no other options.

The breakfast was convenient but just bare necessities, I was satisfied.

We were saddened (really disappointed) when we discovered our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. We are not a young couple and at times struggle attempting to negotiate stairs with suitcases. The desk attendant apologized and wished us luck getting up to our room.

Super clean

Beds were ok and location was decent.

Floors were extremely old and dirty. We had to wear shoes so our feet wouldn't turn brownish/black from walking around. The smell was great either. Water from the shower made an extremely high pitched squeel.

Breakfast could have been better. I don’t drink coffee or eat carbs.
