Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Muskegon Norton Shores

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn Muskegon in previous trips, thought to stay again. The hitch is that for a Thanksgiving weekend there was no housekeeping services; had to take trash to ice machine area trash bin. Breakfast was meh, not the greatest assortment of foods. Juice machine malfunctioned but was repaired at least. I may stay here again, but it will be awhile. Perhaps there was short staff during the stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and did not receive any room service. Asked why a couple of times and was given 2 separate reasons which now seem like excuses.

Very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend staying in this hotel!

Bathrooms should have a night light. Like the dining room with fireplace Would like to see gluten free English muffins made by UDI. Dairy free yogurt

Near restaurants

Did not bill correctly and did not have the room reservation I signed up for.

The location was great and felt safe. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, the continental breakfast was good.

TV did not work in one of our rooms. That being said the staff responded quickly and tried to fix it but could not, so they moved us to another room with a bigger TV that worked great!
