Very clean, great support from staff, very warm and kind staff. Housekeeping met all of our needs with extras, very nice breakfast bar! Clean pool and jacuzzi was actually hot! Very nice stay per usual

Beds were not very comfortable. Sheets very stiff and itchy. Would not stay there again because of the beds. Plus we had to keep going to get our rooms keys fixed because they wouldn't open the door.

Convenient location. Reasonable price. Room and sheets were clean and facilities were clean.

Facilities are getting very old and not refreshed. Carpets torn, elevator making an awful scarry noise that concerned some of the passengers, fabric funrniture in lobby was noticeable old and dirty. We used to love this hotel but it is not being updated and cared for.

"Whirlpool Tubs"

Very clean and offered whirlpool tube in our suite which was much needed having the option for private hot tub experience not having to leave your room. Room was very clean with comfortable beds.
