"Kindness and Compassion sets them apart!"

I stay at this hotel for weeks at a time so you get to know people. The staff is friendly and courteous. I use a stroller and am recovering from major surgery. Yanelis went above and beyond in assisting me on a day I was dealing with a lot of pain. I appreciate her kindness and grace. The whole staff is like this!

The first room I was given had several hairs in the bedsheets. I was moved to another room and the bathtub had many hairs in it. No one was available to clean the bathtub since there was only one employee in the hotel.

I felt so uncomfortable in the room because, I felt like everything was dirty. There was dust on the tables, the towels had black and brown stains, good thing I always take my own towel. Parking was good the area looked nice and safe.
