Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Yorba Linda

They locked the front door ! I was standing outside freezing to death trying to get in at 4am... AND THE FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED!!!! Like it was a prison! I had tp go back to my car to warm up and find a # for the front desk. They had no idea how the door became locked... because some imbecile employee wasn't using their head, that's how!

There was no toilet paper holder, fridge had previous guests food, there was trash underneath the bed, only 1 shampoo for 2 bed room

Wasn’t very clean

I checked in went out for the night and when I came back in the morning I noticed someone had been in my room there was dirty towels and lubricant massage oil left behind, from whoever had used my room. Which I assume must have been the employees because who would know the room would be empty over night.

not the best of hotels. very old and can use some improvements. bed was very uncomfortable. no extra toilet paper.

It worked for what we needed it for. It was clean and in a good area.

Do not stay here. The workers stay in the back on their phones while smoking

This property is always great.

Cheap stays for a reason. Stayed here before but this time was different. Got sent to a room that wasn’t ready then got a room that had dust all over and cracked frames around the whole room. Left and came back and my hotel key didn’t work, when asked for a new one, I was laughed at by the front desk worker. Overall, very average stay some experiences below average. You’re better off spending a bit extra to stay at the hotel across the street.

Breakfast complimentary, but minimal.
