Staff at front desk friendly.

The hotel is definitely changing and not for the better. We have a beautiful room. I think it’s the best room in the hotel because it has a really nice little grassy space. That space is important to me because of my allergies to the smell of exhaust on cars. And because of the grassy area in front of the windows, no cars can park there. However, people go all under the windows and leave their dogs poop. The smell comes in the window and the air conditioner. I hope they tell people to go to the large sand areas for the dogs. My daughter has a special needs dog and I take him to the sand area and respect others. It’s just not nice to go under peoples windows. Hopefully that will change.

There was no ice cube tray in the refridgerator and no ice dispenser on the property. I had to ask for a blanket.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel! My room is nice because it has a lovely grassy area right in front of the window, which means no cars are parked there. We get this cool little breeze coming through, making it so refreshing! One thing I wish could change, though, is the check-out policy every 21 days. While it’s meant to be an extended stay hotel, it is limited to the 21 days. So if you’re planning a long-term stay, you might want to consider another hotel. Overall, it’s a great place, just limited.

The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to have our pet travel and stay with us. It was a great experience.

Check in and check out were amazing! Forgot the employees name but she was nice, helpful and gave great food recommendations. Weirdly, got two noise complaints

Very poor place to stay. Needs a revamp sooner than later. Rooms not properly cleaned between guests, so that we found an article of clothing from the previous people. Shower barely worked and hot water was extremely limited.
