Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Yorba Linda

Crap

Me and my daughter has been living at this hotel since June of this year. We love it here being a native of the city. We have the perfect room as the window looks out to a small grassy area. It’s a wonderful hotel, however, there’s a few things that needs addressing because as of lately we have to move out every 21 days and it has become such a burden on us and we feel that at least the hotel could give us the benefit-of-the-doubt that they give to others people who have been there for a long time, who do not have to check out every 21 days. Also people who are not checked in the hotel bring their dogs to the hotel to poop on the grassy areas and don’t pick it up. Lastly, the change of staff is frustrating because getting to know the staff and how nice they are and then they are gone, leaving us to get to know new staff members and if they are nice. Other than these issues I would give the hotel 💯

The corner room is my favorite!

It's the people who make all the difference. In particular, Juan, Yanelis, Pedro, Candace - on the couple of occasions that I needed some extra help with moving stuff to my car, or whatever was needed in the moment, they were cheerful, even enthusiastic about providing their service. I could not be more pleased unless it might be that they discarded that odd rule of limiting guests to a 21 day stay. Still, I look forward to next time should there be one.

Manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. A tremendous amount of smokers hanging outside the facility.

I arrived at Extended Stay Yorba Linda late on 10/12. I was really tired and Lynsey at the front desk was really helpful and quick to get me checked in. I called a couple of times and she quickly responded with the items I needed. Great Customer Service from this young lady.

Love having a full kitchen in my room.
