Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg

The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the room we received was quite different from what was advertised online. The photos showed a room with a walk-in shower and hard flooring, but the room we were assigned had a bathtub and carpet. We specifically chose this room because it was one of the more expensive options available and appeared to offer upgraded features based on the photos. As a result, it was particularly disappointing to find that the actual room did not match what was advertised. The bathtub setup was also frustrating. The shower curtain hung so far into the tub that it was nearly impossible to stand comfortably without constantly touching it. This made showering feel cramped and unpleasant.

The price and location are perfect. All the staff were very polite and accommodating. The only reason for such a low score is that the property needs a little TLC…some upkeep/repairs would go a long way.

The floors we extremely nasty. I made the mistake of walking from the bath to the bed in my barefeet and they were instantly black.

The older side of the hotel need to be remodeled. The door barely closed and the locks were barely attached. The balcony light doesn't have a switch so it shines in the window all night. The shower drain wasn't even attached to the tub.

Right on the parkway. Loved that the floors in room is laminate and not carpet. Alot of people bear watching because they r seen their daily. Every guest we talked to was friendly.

The place needs a good coat of paint and the glass doors and windows cleaned. The room was clean however. Toliet is like a kids toliet. Very small and barely off ground. For the price for 2 of us it was worth it.

The place is in really bad shape dead bugs in room and dirty, no place you should go
