Location , however lake view was obscured by a big shed so not much of a view.

No cell service or decent internet connection.

Beautiful location in a hotel steeped in history. Guest lounge was lovely and cosy.

Lack of AC and a fridge

Very nice breakfast. Could be improved with a few more healthy, fresh options, but still quite satisfying.

Better access to wifi. Even with the 90-minute "free" option, speed and access was frustratingly inadequate. It should be easier to access, especially in public areas. Shower in bathroom (handicapped, though not requested), made the entire floor soaking wet....not well-designed to allow for drainage. Had to call to request pillows and enough coffee for a second day, and they still didn't deliver.

My Wife and I have stayed at Lake Quinalt Lodge many times on our own. This time it was together with her Sister her Husband. We made reservations months ago. It started off poorly as the Room we requested months ago was given to someone else and we were not told until we showed up. The Staff said there was nothing they could do and blamed "Central Reservations " for the issue. Then they said the Manager would be be in the next day if I wanted to discuss it further; they were not there that day. Next morning the shower nearly overflowed as the drain was clogged. Then our room key cards turned themselves off half way through our stay. They changed the Breakfast offerings to a buffet style like a cheap Hotel and greatly shrank the Lunch and Dinner menues. They offered a Pizza walk up window, which got our order wrong and it was soggy and half baked. Really sad state they seem to be in now.

We had a fireplace room and it also had a view of the lake. The room was in good shape and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom are small and a little dated. The resturant serves good food. My only complaint is there is no cellular service and you get very limited free wifi after that you have to pay an extra fee. For the room price it should include free Wifi.
