"Reasonable and good stay"

Reception friendly if not outgoing. Breakfast was good. Location close to tram. Parking available. Rooms were functional and clean. Quiet rooms to the rear where the parking lot is located. Would go there again.

Nice hotel close to airport, public transportations , restaurants( + Pizza-Hut)and supermarket. Good to walk to riverside and the Old Town in 50 minutes. My room is cheap but small and without fan and aircondition that means hot and unconfortable sometimes.

"Basic hotel with comfortable bed and awful pillows"

The hotel room was clean, adequately furnished with a really comfortable bed. The pillows were some soft spongy material that just could not be arranged into any pillow shape. Not even by the staff who made the bed. Both the room door and the bathroom door made a lot of noise, so I could hear these sounds from the surrounding rooms, too. The lift was practically next to my head and could be heard in the room each time it was called. I am not too sensitive to noise, but it was more than what I can ignore.

"Convenient location, rooms are small"

Stayed one night for business trip in Dec 2017. The hotel is not trying to be a 5* or even 4* and it is geared to the business traveller looking for a reasonable deal close to the business offices. The hotel is somewhat dated now and needs a little modernisation, the rooms were typical German business hotel 3* I would say and a little smaller than I like. The bathroom was clean and efficient but very small and the sheets and bed again were typical of German mid range hotel. It was a short walk to the offices and business centres so made this part of the stay easy and convenient.
