Gorgeous hotel, excellent pool with jacuzzi’s, views from the room and the breakfast room. Garden was fabulous at day and night. The best of all, was the friendliness of the staff, and the level of service especially in the restaurants.

The price-quality of the food was disappointing, but the friendliness of the staff and visual appearance of the restaurants compensated for this.

Our stay at La Medusa Hotel – Dimora di Charme was simply outstanding. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. What truly makes this hotel special is its exceptional staff. Every single member of the team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. The SPA and massage experience deserves special recognition. It is difficult to imagine how it could be any better. The treatments are of the highest quality, the therapists are highly skilled, and the entire wellness area is a true oasis of relaxation. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Hotel elegante y bien ubicado, perfecto para explorar la costa Amalfitana, Napoles, el Vesubio y Pompeya en coche. Habitaciones grandes y personal muy amable. Las vistas desde la terraza del desayuno son increíbles! El jardín es muy bonito y puedes disfrutar de él tomándote algo en el bar exterior. Tiene parking y piscina.

EDEN SPA - Absolutely phenomenal, clean and the most professional and lovely staff. A delicious Mediterranean Lunch in the gardens followed after my incredible massage - I would 10000% recommend!

We stayed at La Medusa for 3 nights and loved every minute. We had a sea view room with a balcony, it was beautifully furnished with a lovely bathroom and shower. Room size was good for Italy. We ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner - food and service were both excellent and the dining room is beautiful with high ceilings and a nice ambiance. The bar is intimate and friendly. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the town centre but it’s a pleasant stroll at any time of day. A lovely hotel and we’d be happy to return.
