Tout, le lieu est magnifique, le personnel au petit soin toujours avec le sourire, le confort des chambres et un super petit déjeuner.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Pompéi, Sorrento, Capri mais un peu loin du centre ville.

We had such a lovely time at La Medusa. The atmosphere, surroundings, staff and food were all just perfect. I am coeliac and the attention made to ensure my breakfast and meals were catered for was fantastic. They even made gluten free ravioli one evening. This hotel has a lovely family friendly feel to it and all staff are just excellent. Great fine and we will be back

Die Kommunikation in Englisch ist teilweise schwierig. Das Hotel hat erheblien Sanierungsbedarf. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr schön, aber das Haus an sich hat viele potentielle Baustellen. Dass der SPA Bereich separat ist und auch separat bezahlt werden muss ist absolut aus der Zeit gefallen.

This was a splendid hotel, with all the services one could hope for. The staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very relaxed and comfortable in beautiful surroundings.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and daughter to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful stay! Gennaro the Maitre D’ took care of us for every meal we ate there, Carlo was a great bar man (fantastic Vodka Martinis!) and Stefano took so much time to show us round the grounds and help us around the pool. Everyone who worked there was lovely! Room was very comfortable, we opted for a balcony view towards Vesuvius which was an incredible view, breakfast was really nice and the hotel restaurant does lovely food and has a good cellar. It’s in a great location (we had rented a car) to get to and from Pompeii, the local town (which was buzzing on Saturday night!) and Sorrento and beyond. We could only access Uber Black there which made using taxi’s expensive if we didn’t want to drive so would recommend hiring a car or using the hotel’s free shuttle service to the local station.
