Staff and cleaness

We had a used soap bar in our shower, we paid $145 for room when this clearly should of been a $60 hotel. For that much, we should get a hit breakfast. So,upset i spent that much on crap.

Front desk agents were friendly and room was clean and had NO issues whatsoever. Pleasant stay!

Staff was very nice. The online check in made it very quick and easy.

Staff was very nice and friendly.

Very clean hotel and room. Stayed 2 nights for work and would return again if I’m back in the area. WiFi was good, no problems connecting. Continental breakfast was cereal or waffles, but I wasn’t there to eat. Pool looked clean but I didn’t have time for a swim. Only bad comment would be that the hot water was a little hit or miss.

Here are the tips I wrote that was asked to make improvements: 1.) Check the rooms for cleanliness and functionality before assigned customers to them. 2.) Throw out ANY bedding that has any mount of stains on them! 3.) Update unsightly bathtubs, and toilets because of the very low height of them. 4.) Update t.v.s and their remotes..if you have to tape something to keep the batteries in replace it! 5.) The 'breakfast bar' was the least amount of options I have seen: cereal, apples, a waffle maker, and Little Debbie's, coffee. 6.) Give the staff the proper tools they can be proud of. 7.) If a budget doesn't allow for these type of improvements,,maybe something or someone should be audited.

The only hotel in the area with available room with 2 queen beds. It was located next to a gas station and a McDonald's, which enabled us to have a decent breakfast because the "free" breakfast offered by the hotel was a joke.

The breakfast was horrible. It was sparse. There was no eggs or bacon or sausage. All they had was cold cereal, a few apples, and a waffle iron. There was no milk available to drink or orange juice. All they had was apple juice or cranberry juice. It was the worst breakfast offering I have ever seen at a hotel. It totally sucked.
