Super 8 by Wyndham Union

Room was always freshened up each day, breakfast was great. We really only needed coffee in the morning but did enjoy the cinnamon pound cake one morning.

Older lady working the desk 6/17/25 was really great very lovely lady the bed was comfortable.

A black ent had holes, some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, shower curtain was torn and toilet seat was broken.

Staff was nice,rooms were clean,and hotel was clean

We drove 15 minutes out of our way to stay here because of the reviews - IT DID NOT disappoint. Staff was friendly. We had 2 rooms, the staff made sure we had side by side rooms. The rooms were clean, pool was clean. Would stay here again.

It was a good stay, however check out was at 11 and went to the pool with the kids before leaving and we got locked out of the room. The key card no longer worked and the housekeepers key didn’t work. Other than that it was a good experience

The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff were so NICE and accommodating, always asking if I needed anything. However, the front office staff did their jobs but were not friendly or welcoming. It didn't bother me but I was surprised by their lack in this area. I also appreciated the pet friendly offering. My suggestion for this area would be to include poop bags and trash cans around the building. I carry my own bags and am willing to walk to a trash receptacle but some people may not.

The rooms seemed well kept and were comfortable

The night time attendant was extremely rude and made numerous rude comment to myself and my family. She made the check in process way more difficult and hectic than it had to be. When she decided she needed to call a supervisor for authorization we were told to go sit in the lobby because she didn't need our attitude. We will not be staying at this location again due to the rudeness of the night time attendant. The day time staff were pleasant. But after driving 200+ miles the rudeness was uncalled for and unacceptable.

Very comfortable. Lots of area to walk dogs.
