It was very clean, and the landscaping was very well maintained, the cleaning staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating.

The office staff was…..lacking.

Location was great for my needs. Don't believe they had a breakfast. The room was large, nice large TV, quiet.

"The manager is never at the property to deal with problems or questions"

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We had no hot water for 48 hours, from the time we checked in until 7 pm the night before we checked out. People were outside our room two nights in a row talking loudly. There was trash all over the walkway when we came out in the morning. The manager seems to NEVER be at the property. We tried to speak to them multiple times and they were never there. Even Booking.com has tried to speak to them and has been unable to get them. I feel that a discounted rate or a free night is not too much to ask for the inconvenience we suffered, but instead I was charged $15 more than the guaranteed rate. I would not stay here again or recommend it for anyone else

I liked the area and building itself, the room was cute.

The bed was like sleeping on a brick, there was no YouTube or anything else other than Tubi on the television. I don't know if it was the people that were there that day but everyone seemed shady and up to no good. Staff was unfriendly and someone was knocking on every door on the middle of the night and lots of yelling from other guests. Not a great stay.
