The room was clean. Appreciated the cleaning/kitchen staff for being very friendly and assisting<3

After a long drive, it would have been great to settle in at the time check in was available (3:00) but to hear that the room would not be ready until 5:00 was very disappointing. Never in my life have I been to a hotel where the rooms were not ready?? like what? And then on top of that, they gave a pool card that didn't even have access to the pool! And the cable in the room was not working. Very unpleasant and honestly never staying here again. Don't waste your time on this spot, it won't be ready anyways for the stupid overprices.

It was close to work and easy to drive into town. It was very convenient for travel.

It is a packed hotel, it can get loud with cars and people going.

"Sandman is a Santa Rosa Gem!"

What a charming hotel! We went up for the weekend to see a show at the Hopmonk and chose the Sandman for its price and proximity. What a delightful stay. The check in staff was so friendly, and the room was terrific. The room was specious and the sleek black and white bathrooms really smacked of a 5 star hotel! Our stay was great from beginning to end. We were only sorry it was raining so we could not use the pool. But now we just have to make a plan to come back this summer and stay at the Sandman again!
