The view

Bed was broken. Floor was dirty- had to rewash my feet after showering from walking around the room. Went to get breakfast and everything was gone at 7:00am when breakfast opened at 6:00am. A guest was filling ziploc bags with food to take with them. No attendee to refill the food.

"It was a low cost hotel, but it should be put out of business, as it as not a pleasant place to stay"

At first check in the young man was very friendly and helpful; however in the morning the women was too busy talking with an employee, that she did not even come to the counter when we were waiting for 4-7 minutes. I started to walk over to her and interrupted her conversation, then she came over and when asked to stay another night, she was brief and very unhelpful or concerned and told us that we had to leave...

The morning clerk at the main desk There was no ice machine, and no sign stating that it was out of order. I walked around for about 30 minutes checking the others machines, and none of them worked. The room had a very unpleasant smell and the room and the hotel overall was very dated and in need of some deep cleaning..

The only positive aspect of our visit was the comfortable bed.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures shown online. We stayed for three nights and did not receive housekeeping service even once during our stay. The lobby restroom was also extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again.

"A place to lay your head."

Parking

First room we had some lights didn't work, second room we got didn't smell good at all. When booking the pool and hot tub showed working. When we got there they were both out of order.
