Comfy bed and pillows. Temperature of room was good. Working clean hot tub.

Our room wouldn’t lock properly and not enough towels.

The young lady at the check in desk was extremely nice, she was.the best part of the stay.

The eggs were burnt, I did suggest to the lady, who appeared to be a manager, before serving them in the morning to taste them. As soon as I opened.the doors to the lobby I could smell the burnt eggs. We just trashed them and went out for breakfast. I did bring a chihuahua and before making reservations verified it was OK to leave her in a crate while we were out, and verified it at check in, only to have the manager argue with me that I could not leave her at all. I explained I was told and verified that I could, she said well the girl was new, I explained that didn't matter now I have a 12 year old dog and no where to leave her for 2 hours at a time while we did things. The man at the desk looked up the aquarium, which is where we were going, and said see dogs allowed ,take her. I asked if that stated service dog he said yes so I explained she isn't a service dog. They both said to take her everywhere we go! Finally said would make an exception but I had to agree if anything happened to her they were not responsible. I informed her that was not correct, she would be in her crate and they did not need to go in the room. After seeing the other hotels and looked up prices this is not up to their standards. We were a party of 4, 3 towels were left in the room when we arrived. The bathroom door was a farm house sliding door that didn't give any privacy and would not stay closed. I asked for a river view, which I was told I would have just to pay the difference when we arrived , no river view rooms were available. As.we.walked.down the hall our room was not as nice or large as the ones we saw nor did it look like the photos on line. It took 4 or 5 times to get the key card to work on the main door and the room door. On a positive note the beds were comfortable One spread did have a red stain, but was cozy. Had to put up a deposit of $100.00, and having now to wait on it being put back on credit card.

Staff was very very kind.

Rooms are a little dirty. Pay attention when you book. Not all rooms have microwave and fridge even tho advertised as such. They will charge you more for a room with a fridge/microwave. Hot tub doesnt work correctly. And it took forever to get the deposit refunded.

Location and convenience.

Was pretty quiet.

We had no bedside table, light or clock. Also had no bath towels upon arrival.

Heather was amazing. Very friendly and beautiful smile. Very helpful

It took forever to get hot water in the shower. The head of the bed was lower than the foot and it sagged in the middle and way to soft. The breakfast was awful....scrambled eggs smelt and tasted like they had been burnt then into a different pan. Not much of a breakfast choices
