The front desk staff was nice.

It was dirty, outdated, the pool was "in maintenance" and so was the ice machine (it's june 21st), they were actually out of order! the toilet wobbles, the towels had stains on them, the shower was so old and filthy, the shower curtain was dirty and stinky. Very obvious that there is no real management and they are understaffed. I did not get what I paid for.

The location along the river is lovely.

The property was overrun with weeds. It looked uncared for especially compared to the well maintained property immediately adjacent to it. In the back the lawn area was dead and over run with weeds. Thistles lined the front of the guest building.

Leaving the next morning

The guy that was supposed to be at the desk was missing for over 40 minutes, the pool and hot tub didnt work, the ice machine was not working, there was crap all on the toilet seat, the fridge in the room didnt work, the microwave was filthy, the breakfast selection was ridiculously small. I paid $123 for a motel 6 style room in the ghetto.... I would never go back or recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The view

Bed was broken. Floor was dirty- had to rewash my feet after showering from walking around the room. Went to get breakfast and everything was gone at 7:00am when breakfast opened at 6:00am. A guest was filling ziploc bags with food to take with them. No attendee to refill the food.
