We stopped in Hyannis on our way to visiting our son in Nantucket and needed a nice place to stay. The Hyannis Harbor Hotel was perfect! We have never been to Hyannis. The room was large and very nice, the hotel was centrally located, near the water and close to a lot of great restaurants. When we come back we will stay at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel.

Very impressed by the property.Across the Hyline ferry terminal so convenient to catch the ferry the next day or a place to stay if you are coming in on a late boat Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I had an awful experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering our original room, we were immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. There was also a brown liquid stain on the wall — completely unacceptable and unsanitary. My mother has severe asthma, and exposure to mold is not just uncomfortable, it's dangerous and could have led to a serious asthma attack. When I brought these issues to the staff's attention, I was met with indifference and confusion. Instead of simply moving us to another room within the same hotel, they made a new reservation and charged me a cancellation fee for the original one — something we never requested or agreed to. I then had to escalate the situation to the manager, Velma, who assigned us to a new room — and again, I was charged. Upon entering this second room, we discovered that the beds were unmade and had clearly been used. No housekeeping had been done. At this point, we had moved rooms twice and still hadn’t received a clean, safe place to stay. On the third attempt, we finally got a room that was in acceptable condition — but now I’m seeing multiple charges on my account for rooms I never even used. This experience was stressful, unacceptable, and bordered on negligent, especially considering my mother's health condition. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here, particularly those with health sensitivities or expectations of basic cleanliness and professionalism.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the Hyannis harbor. Very clean and people are very friendly and accommodating. There was only one restaurant open, we didn’t eat there but it looked nice. A little chilly for the pool but there was a nice fireplace tho sit by and warm up. You can’t get any closer to the ferry’s.

WE were there for a wedding. loved the location and how convient everything was. LOVED IT! Lots of food in walking distance. VERY CLOSE TO MAIN STREET.
