Hyannis Harbor Hotel

First time to Cape Cod, wanted a centrally located property. We really enjoyed our stay here, plenty to do and great food everywhere. Fall is absolutely beautiful on Cape Cod. Friendly staff and residents also. Wonderful experience.

Hyannis Harbor Hotel is great. The location is great, right in the center of town and across from the ferry to the island. The parking is very secure, and there is lots of it.

Room was awesome Price was reasonable Restaurant next door was great.

Parking spots too tight

Very nice hotel. We booked because it is right across the street from the ferry which we were booked for the following day. We were a little concerned being on the first floor of the adjacent building and right next to the door into the rooms corridor. We were pleasantly surprised that we did not hear people coming and going and the first floor is a bit off the ground so people can't walk by and see in your windows. The only draw back was the person that checked us in. I don't think I have ever encountered such a miserable and rude person when I have check3ed into a hotel.

Parking was easy and close by. Interesting sink outside the toilet situation but was actually convenient for 3 guests in a 2 queen bed room.

Super-friendly hotel, v clean & comfy room (great beds). Restaurant full of kind and efficient staff. I’m coming back.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is great. Unfortunately we had a ground level room by the pool in Oct and a large group of parents and kids were in for a soccer or hockey tourney. The room above was just like a herd of elephants upstairs and the kids ran all night and in early morning. Would have asked for a room in the back had I known.
