Nothing I was satisfied

The location of the hotel was perfect! It’s right across the street from the ferry we took to Martha’s Vineyard, the scenery was beautiful, restaurant right next door and Main Street shopping within walking distance.

I can’t express this more…we hated the parking! The hotel made the parking spaces soooo narrow that it was hard to get in and out of your car. Many people were complaining about it and some had their car door scratched because of it. The second thing we didn’t appreciate was the bad attitude and rudeness of one of the front desk night staff.

Clean comfortable room. Great pool area! Nice restaurant next to the main hotel where you can sit outside to have breakfast or dinner. Also nice grill restaurant at the pool area. Comfortable seating to sit, read and enjoy the outdoors across from the harbor. About a mile walk to Main Street Hyannis with many shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out the Mexican restaurant with outdoor seating underneath a giant Beach tree! Very cool.

It's a very cozy hotel with a lovely staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We had a ton of fun at the pool, and the Bluewater Grill team was especially great.

There's not a lot of sound insulation -- there are times when I could very clearly hear what was going on in other guests' rooms.
