Perfect location. Spotless rooms. Entire property renovated and staff couldn't be more helpful. Kudos to the company for investing in this Hyannis property!

We stay in the summer and holiday season because it’s convenient and very comfortable close to stores restaurants beaches and of course our family. It’s a fantastic hotel for family gatherings for fun and adventures as well.

Charming hotel right across the street from the ferry to Nantucket. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable.

The mini-fridge was leaking. I reported it to the front desk, who immediately sent the very friendly tech up to the room. He cleaned up the leak but the fridge was not replaced/repaired. Other than that our stay was fantastic. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Hyannis Harbor Hotel was a great place to stay overnight before taking the ferry to Nantucket. Nice clean room and lobby and deck. Staff were very helpful, and we found the location perfect for the ferry, downtown, and The Black Cat! Thank you!

We stayed one night passing through the area. Nice and very clean hotel. Restaurants walkable. Extremely friendly staff. Everyone we encounted in the area was nice.
