"Indoor Pool and Hot Tub Seasonal...?"

The Indoor Pool and Hot Tube is Seasonal! Doesn't this defeat the point of having an indoor pool? Also restaurant seemed closed and in general just felt like 25% of the hotel it states off season, buyer beware.

"Perfect Hotel in a Perfect Location!"

A wonderful hotel in a great location! Clean, comfortable, and convenient to much that is wonderful about Hyannis! While much of the property was closed during our off-season visit, The Break restaurant(great burgers!!) next door and Landing Cafe across the street provided good food and victuals!

Aside from the location to the ferry services, the property is very nicely decorated and rooms are comfortable. The best part is the staff - super helpful and very friendly.

"It was quite pleasant."

The location. The room was quite spacious.

There was no breakfast. Staff explained that this was due to the snow storm.

Location is the best!

The towels in our room was recycled. You know why? When we came back, room was cleaned ( apparently) Pillows was just piled not neatly and one of the towels was used( by us, hopefully) I noticed the make up I used that day still on the towel . They just hang it back on the towel rack. Disgusting!
