Amazing comfortable rooms, it wpuld just be grat if the bathrooms had any ventalition (like an air extractor or a window).

Lugar muy cómodo y bien mantenido. El servicio es muy amable y las instalaciones comunes, como el restaurante y la piscina, están muy bien.

Las habitaciones son demasiado simples y les faltan mejores amenities, así como en los baños.

Cobraron por una tarjeta para abrir las puertas, que se mojó ,, y eso no lo tienen explicado en sus instrucciones

Staff friendly.

Many rules no personal drinks at the pool, no elevator, many stairs. Not for people with disabilities lower extremities problems including, cane, walker or wheelchair. Happy hour drinks only 1-2 and 7-8 pm. Breakfast buffet only $250 mn at arrival and things like items ex:soda additional cost. No refrigerator in standard room or ice bucket.

Parking in street only

Parking is only outside on the street Was not able to check in before 3pm and no a/c in the lobby Other than that good hotel to stay at

I reported that there were cockroaches and the room and in the hallway and nobody did anything about the problem; there was no parking the rating should be 5 or less.
