Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

Decent area, room had some problems, and the staff could have been more accommodating

Food was average. With the heat, bugs/flies on food. A/C is not working properly.

After 2.5 hours of waiting we finally got our room. I paid extra for a sea view suite. The hallway walking to the suite was very gross and dirty. I understand its an old building but this looks like it never been maintained. We get into our room after bugs flew out and we stepped in very dirty water that was leaking from the moldy bath tub. Room was 2112. We went and asked to switch rooms. After about another 45 min wait we finally got another room which was going to be a down grade. It was a room in the tower. The elevators were not working. By the time we finally carried our luggage up we got to the room and there were people in it. So back down we go. Get another room. Finally found 1 elevator that worked but took forever. Got to the room and the door didn’t work. Has to have a worker come open it. The room was nicer but not what we paid for plus took about 4 hours just to check in. Every morning the bathrooms downstairs flooded with sewage looking like water right by where you eat breakfast at the buffet. The pool was so gross on the main that nobody wanted to get in. Finally the last day they put caution tape around the pool so nobody would get in. The location is great but the resort was the worst I have ever been to. I tried to talk to people but nobody apologized or was really trying to help. I don’t usually like to complain but I sent a few emails with no response and they never answer the phone either. I hope crown can make this right because we visit PV alot.

This property had a ton of food options. Mostly clean, unfortunately the storms worked overtime to wreck everything but the staff worked overtime to keep the place tidy.

The staff was amazing , food and drinks were ok! The safe didn't work and when we asked for someone to fix it they never showed up. There was water running down the walls in the bathroom and the maid just put a towel down. The A/C was not good. One day we had no hot water until night time. The pools were horribly dirty. The resort could use alot of updating. For the price we paid we still felt it could of been a little cleaner and upgraded with working A/C and safe . We had this resort booked for Nov but decided to cancel the 2nd day we were there and choose a different resort.

Good food & nice atmosphere

My room air conditioner was noisy and I wasn’t really that efficient. Also in my building one elevator was down for the 11 days that I was there and when I left it still was not working. Also rained heavily and the roofs were leaking The breeze bar has attached roof that also had holes and was leaking.

Poor upkeep and maintenance of the hotel for example non functioning and loud AC and rain leakage inside and outside @ the breeze bar thatched roof

Love the food! The drinks! Everything pretty much except the pools were really dirty. And they had to change me 2 to different rooms. Salvador
