Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

The hotel is outdated, dirty, and the air conditioning never works, not even in the restaurants even in the rooms. On several occasions, we get to our rooms and they were full of flies. The buffet is open-air, and birds eat and walk on the food, defecating everywhere, including on the food itself

We had a great time during our stay here, the beach was beautiful the rooms were pretty good, they just had some small things that needed to be fixed and the ac didnt go cold enough for our liking, the food was alright. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The air conditioning wasn't working in most of the resort. We paid for a top floor king with a view and jacuzzi and ended up staying on the family side of the resort in double beds to get an air conditioner that was able to get the temp down to 77 degrees. The check-in process is not streamlined. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes to check in at 3 (check-in time), we were told to come back in an hour since our room wasn't ready. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water was very dirty. You couldn't enjoy time on the beach because salespeople come up to you every minute or so. Some would leave when you said no and others would argue that it's part of the job to harass people on the beach. The hotel itself looks nice and could maybe be okay with proper management. The food was as expected for a lower end all-inclusive. I would NOT stay here again.

Staff was nice. It was under construction we had issue with the food, we were served tissue more than meat and elevator didn't work.

It was a nice place the room service was lacking though the staff were friendly.

Took us a hour to check in just to tell us the room wasn't available till 20 minutes later , then beed was dirty and the worst part the ac in the room never work , card keys didn't work as well took us 5 trips to reception to finaly realize that they were giving us the wrong key , then they move us to another room to find out the ac was working as well. Food wasnt the greatest no worth paying for all inclusive in this hotel, i wont come back to this place.

Great staff, great food, great value.

Always a good time and fun stay. The staff is amazing. Gods options are good (some better than others). Great location.
