Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

I’m still waiting for my refund and for Mario the manager to contact me after the horrible experience we received. A man tried to enter our room while we were in , it’s so unsafe, they don’t pick up their calls from the room. The staff were rude.

Well I don’t even know where to start… Got there at 4pm room was not ready Lobby was awful so outdated.. Rooms outdated .. food was disgusting … we ended up going Out to have our 3 meals somewhere else. I really tried to get my moneys worth since we did pay a pretty good amount for the 3nights… Not sure how this place gets a 4 start.. honestly it’s been one of our worst stays… Rooms bathroom had a mildew smell AC not working fan falling off the ceiling …I rate this place 2 1/2 …

This property is absolutely awful. I'm unsure as to how it got a 4 star rating. It is nowhere close to 4 star rating. We had booked this place for a 7 day. All inclusive vacation, the best we could do was 4 days. No air conditioning phones didn't work. Food was awful. Pools were disgusting. Partying, till 5 in the morning underneath your window, I don't mind people making noise but at some point You have to sleep and when it's 35° in your room and you're laying in a pool of sweat. Listening to people screaming, yell outside your window till 5 in the morning. Doesn't make for a good vacation. When you get food poisoning doesn't make for a good vacation. When you go down to the front desk and you complain over and over and over but nothing gets fixed that doesnt make for a good vacation. Even after we told them we were checking out 4 days early. Nobody cared, don't get me wrong. There was a few people around the resort that tried their best. Unfortunately, it's not the employees, it's management ,property is in a good location but it is time for a renovation . The check in process is very poor its takes up to 2 hours to check in . If your thinking of booking here i would reconsider, we have travelled throughout mexico more than 20 times and never have we ever had a property this bad.

Adverse as a 4 star… definitely not a 4 star more like a 2 start property. Very outdated. The fold was horrible. Key/ doors lock would not function properly. Bad odor in my room, dirty rooftop swimming pool, iron and hairdryer old and damaged. Loud AC. Room sliding door without a lock. Rude maid service. And the worst was the blood stained curtains. Do not recommend.

Horrible left in two hours

No Air conditioner available only cooling system, horrible staff service and hotel has roaches. Really outdated nothing like the pictures. Don’t book had to leave resort early and even that was hard to do.

The only thing I would want to improve is the ac in the room. Everywhere else you go is hot so the break to cool off in your room would be nice. It never got below 78 degrees. But the restaurants and bars are great and everyone is so friendly!

Overall the property is very dated but is kept very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Especially, Jesus the bellhop. Jesus would constantly check in with us to see if we needed anything. We had issues with the toilet in one of the rooms on the first day. The staff finally fixed it about an hour later. The rooms were very hot and humid even with the AC on (Average temp was 78° to 80°) throughout our vist. Each room didn't have working phones. My family and I were stuck in the elevator multiple times. So we just took the stairs most of time. It was a inconvenience due to my mother mobility issues.
