Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

Our room was experiencing AC issues. We got upgraded and had ocean view.

This place is terrible!

AC didn’t work & when we brought it to their attention they were very condescending. Pretending to write it down & looking bothered when we asked for a status update. The only solution was for us to check out by 10 am & wait for another room at 3 pm with nowhere to go in the meantime. Come to find out everyone was complaining about the AC! Also drinks were watered down & micheladas had no beer in them, just tomato juice & spices. The pool was nice, but had to get up at 6 am to get a bed with shade. Then a lady came and took it when we walked away to the restroom. 1/10 would not recommend.

When you are staying at a new to you hotel things can be "overlooked" when the staff is friendly and inviting. We had to wait in line multiple times to get our room key. Once in the room it was very apparent that the air conditioning was not working. The temperature in the room was registering at 33°C (91.4°F). We reported this to the front desk immediately. We were told maintenance would be up to fix it. Since we had a planned excursion for the evening, we left with confidence that we would return to a cool room. However, that was not the case. With a total of 6 hours and 3 complaints later we were moved to another room. When the hotel manager (Carlos) was called in to address the issue, he did not acknowledge us at all, there was no apology for any inconvenience or a sense that the matter should be expedited. The new room while cooler, was not what would be expected for a hotel in Mexico. The staff in general was not friendly, no "bueno dias" when leaving or entering the front doors of the hotel. The wait staff in the Bellavista restaurant (the hotel buffet) seemed off put when taking drink orders, which had to be ordered multiple times, as the original order seemed to be "forgotten". The property itself was littered with trash that was never picked up. Empty cups and cans around the pool area and beach that were not picked up our entire stay, even in the walkway outside our room, where housekeeping was daily. I will NOT stay again or EVER recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Paradise Golden. We loved all of the food options, from the large selection at the buffet, to the convenience of the snack bars, to the very good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had originally requested a room with two beds because it was my daughter and I. We did not get the requested room, but the king sized bed worked fine for us. All of the staff members we saw and interacted with were exceptionally nice and I was impressed by how hard they all worked to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was hot and food was not good.

We arrived at 1:30pm and we were told our room would be ready soon and it was not until midnight. The manager was rude and would ignore us. Once we got To our room the AC was not working and did not work our entire stay.

Daniel at the front desk was awesome and the pool guy was great as well. ( we played water aerobics and volleyball) Really great team at the beach bar too! Thank you!

Loved the adults only! The food was fine, I can always find something to eat. I don't know if they actually know what gluten free means, so that part was a bit scary for us. The AC does not work. Go to the store and get a fan. Had a great time laying in the bali beds and getting some much needed rest.

took 180 minutes for duty manager to show up and listen to my issues mario ZAMAIO WAS. UNCOOPERATIVE AND RUDE HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING! however he mentioned to refund my hotel stay 100 % i will never go back ! staffs running around too busy to listen. guests complain! very low class performance
