The room was perfect for me. It was comfortable.

I had to walk up the stairs, and I have bad knees. The employee was not happy or she did not have the inviting feeling. She never smiled or welcomed me.

Loved the location

Rude staff, there was a man occupying my room, 3 hour wait for the room to be cleaned, bathroom light didn’t work, construction on property till after 7pm.

The place is very convenient for being downtown. Staff accommodated our needs to the best of their ability from checking in to Checking out.

Originally we requested a queen sized bed, and after checking in, the room provided to us was around the size of a twin XL. After paying extra, we were accommodated with a full size bed, still not a queen size. The room was comfortable and we were able to request a late check out.

"I’m staying here again"

Great location for snowboarding during the day and enjoying downtown Flag at night. The staff were friendly and you can tell by the small remodeling projects they have going on and the small, clean rooms that the owners take pride in their place. I knew going into it that it isn’t the Taj Mahal, so I wasn’t disappointed. I’ll stay here over and over again when I’m just in town for some riding and nightlife by myself. Only stay here with your boyfriend or girlfriend if you’re past the “impress them” stage 😜

Again, I knew what I was booking. The place is clean and quiet 👍
