They refused to put me in a second floor room because I have a service animal. The manager was extremely rude.

The customer service.the hotel manager was extremely rude. She was trying to discriminate me as well. Very sad someone with those manners works in the front desk

They randomly attach multiple small charges to your bill that have no purpose or explanation, then refuse to refund them. I had 3 charges for 3 dollars, and one for 22 dollars that they couldn't explain at the desk, and said "our system does that automatically and i can't change it." This is after double charging the taxes per day with the same excuse. A 70$ room rate became 100$ after inexplicable fees above and beyond regular room tax, and this was for a 4 night stay, Monday through Thursday. Next, I paid for multiple days, but on the 3rd morning they barged into my room at noon literally screaming at me while sleeping demanding i check out, lecturing me that check out was at 11am. I'm laying in bed naked looking at this woman reminding her that I paid for 4 days. She apologized and left after saying she didn't check her records before coming in.
