Great place in Crested Butte Village with bus close by and ski hill within a short walk

This condo is in a great location but was very dated which normally isn’t an issue but multiple things were issues additionally showing the unit was in disrepair. I pulled out the placemats to use and they had dried food all over them. Additionally the outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work. The ironing board was broken and the freezer was leaking into the refrigerator. I notified the front desk upon departure and they stated that it was an older unit and made a list. I stated that we had still paid the same price. They seemed very blasé about my comments so I am going through Orbitz for a partial refund with no luck. Vail resorts has taken over this property so...

Terrible billing procedure - do not recommend this location

Great views, very quiet and comfortable. Great proximity to the free shuttle and bike paths.

I really enjoyed our stay here and Crested Butte Mountain Resort this condo was not fancy and a little outdated however it was perfectly adequate for what we needed. It was close to everything and we enjoyed that easy access to hiking and biking. And of course the town of Crested be at Dora Ball. We came for the wildflowers and we’re not disappointed

Great location for everything the area has to offer. Nice room. Highly recommend black out blinds for E. facing bedroom. Returning in the winter.

Had a great time visiting here. The snow was wonderful and our condo was right in front of the lift. Definitely, a place to come back to for the next ski trip. Want to come to check it our during the summer sometime.

Condo was as advertised n staff at checkin were freindly n efficient . Had an issue with TV n had a maintence man at unit in 15 minutes to get me up and running. Good stay . Town just short drive or shuttle bus ride away with many dining n drinking options .

For $370/night we were welcomed to bathroom carpet saturated with black-colored mold, bloody sheets on multiple beds, broken & severely outdated finishings and furniture complete with cobwebs, and dirty silverware on the carpet. Our small children were running around barefoot and within minutes, their feet turned black from whatever was on the carpets. The entire unit reeked of mildew. Since we were traveling in July, it was very hot. The place had no A/C and it was on the top level of the building. Unfortunately, the master bedroom had no windows or door to the outside (code violation?) and the bedrooms that did have windows had no screens to keep bugs and animals out. Heather, the property manager had little interest in adequately resolving the problems and refused to let us out of our reservation. I spent over 10 hours dealing with front desk, managers & Hotels.com for a 2-day trip.... ruined vacation.
