Der Strand war nicht schlecht, Frühstück war okay (keine 5*-Frühstück)

Dieses Hotel ist nach europäischem Standard 3*. Alles ist sehr t und braucht eine gründliche Renovierung, die Dusche im Bad ist verschimmelt, Couch im Zimmer voll mit Flecken etc. Noch schlimmer war es als unsere Tischdecke voll mit Flecken und Essensreste war und wir gebeten haben gewechselt zu werden...in einem guten Hotel würde das passieren, wir würden einfach ignoriert. Cocktails haben ganz schlimm geschmeckt, der Einzige a la carte Restaurant hatte sehr wenig Auswahl an Gerichte. Ahh und was noch besser war: unser Zimmer mit Garden View war eigentlich Street-view ......mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen. Sehr enttäuschend und falls jemand ein gutes Hotel erwartet , ist hier falsch. Falls man ein Ort kurz zum Schlafen braucht, dann ist es in Ordnung. Es ist aber definitiv sehr weit entfernt von 5*.

I would like to highly recommend the Sol we had the most amazing holiday! The manager & staff were amazing! The manager went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. He even made sure that my son’s birthday was not forgotten. What a surprise he had even a cake and a special birthday message. I can’t wait to go back soon ❤️

My stay here was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel. - At breakfast I found dirty dishes, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. - The food selection is poor and lacks variety, far below what you would expect from an “all inclusive” resort. - The reception staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, making every interaction unpleasant. - On top of that, the music is extremely loud until late at night, making it impossible to rest. Overall, this place is not worth the money or the time. The “all inclusive” concept is misleading, and the services fall far short of expectations.

It took me several days after the end of the holiday for me to write this review, mainly because I have so many good things to say that, I had to put my ideas into words. The location is perfect, the views are stunning, the garden is beautiful. The food was amazing with vast choices and always tasted fresh. And then what it makes this hotel so special is the staff, from the reception to the towel guys, everyone is absolutely wonderful, the smiles (that are obviously not forced), the attention to detail, the way that they would remember your drinks. I have to say that Bali was exceptional and all it started with this hotel staff. A special thank you to Padmawati in the reception, she was absolutely amazing on the two occasions that we asked for help, sorting all out without any dramas, she made our stay even more special.
