Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites

Very basic room but still provides an amazing amount of breakfast snacks in a tiny space! Clean room and felt safe in the neighborhood walking my dog. It's right next to the county jail. Friendly and helpful checkin.

Our experience started with a curt young lady at check in and went downhill from there. The wi-fi was out, there were no working ice makers, the mattresses were worn out, the towels were old and rough, the shower was dirty, the water was yellow, the juice machine was out of order and the breakfast was pathetic. I could go on but you get the idea.

Warm welcome. Easy check in. Clean room and nice staff/proprietors. Close to Phil's World and Boogie Draw mountain bike trails. Easy walk to downtown eateries and brewing company. I'll be back.

The only thing this hotel has going for it was cleanliness. There is no full breakfast, just cereal, yogurt and toast. The first room we were given had open bags of food, deck of cards and room keys in it, the second room, the furnace motor was squealing and you had to turn it off, and the shower wouldn't run but a trickle. It is no longer a Best Western, although they are using up Best Western cups, etc., Very pricey for the quality And what you receive.

My husband, me and my dog spent the night of November 2, 2025 in a "so called" pet friendly suite. This hotel is disgustingly filthy. The grass area in front of our room was covered in dog feces. I picked up at least 20 piles of dog feces so our dog could lie down once we arrived. The hallway in front of our room was covered in fallen and windblown leaves. The trash containers overflowed with garbage. The sofa in our "suite" was filthy. The front desk personnel at first could not find my room reservation. I was livid. Then the 2 key cards given to me were faulty. One of the 2 did not work at all. Even after I returned to the front desk to have the front desk person re-key it. This hotel should be razed to the ground. Best Western should be ashamed of itself. I want a total refund. I picked up dog feces, for goodness sakes. Is this what a paying guest should have to do?

The room was dirty and old. According to Booking’s photos the room floor is rugged and our room was PVC parquet (it was relevant because of our baby). The Wifi was slow and disconnecting. When we arrived the front desk told us they didn’t have baby crib (however we got confirmation about it in Booking) and our baby go to sleep on the floor, we contact them via Booking messages and at night the general manager came and gave us a crib.
