no le recomiendo ni le deseo a nadie que duerma en este hotel. aparte de tener un servicio horrible por parte de sus empleados es caro y son muy desaseados

EXPEDIA MADE A ERRONOUS RESERVATION FOR THE 20-21 JANUARY 2014 AND I AM LEAVING THE COUNTRY 1-13-2014. I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE IF IT IS ON MY BILL. OTHERWISE EXPEDIA HAS BEEN GOOD FOR ME. I MOVED TO A LESS EXPENSIVE HOTEL "THE HOTEL" IN A VERY NICE MODERN PART OF TOWN AND AM MUCH BETTER PLEASED THAN THE CUMBERLAND. THIS AREA LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING FROM THE JETSONS. RODNEY GALLOWAY

La ubicación de este hotel es conveniente, mas sus instalaciones y servicios no son buenas; desde el mismo momento en que llegamos experimentamos una serie de eventos que hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia para no repetir: el elevador no funcionaba cuando llegamos (y nos asignaron habitación en el piso 9) demoraron unos 40 min en repararlo, en la habitación había una pared con serios daños debido a la humedad, no era posible ajustar la temperatura del aire acondicionado (todo el tiempo estuvo muy frío), el control remoto de la TV no funcionó, las griferías del lavabo no cerraban bien y se fugaba el agua y finalmente en nuestro segundo día de estadía salimos en el carro y al regresar al hotel no había lugar en el parqueadero así que tuvimos que parquear en la calle.

Buenas habitaciones y excelente atención en la recepción, solo que la puerta del balcón tenia dañada la cerradura.

I had a very nice week long stay at Cumberland. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was decent, and the view from the 17th floor was....well, I wouldn't say beautiful, but pretty captivating. My only regret was using the laundry service. I expected it to be overpriced, but the charges were nothing short of absurd. You can also easily get safe and reasonably priced taxi services right outside the main entrance, which is convenient.

Hotel es grande pero las habitaciones están malas aires acondicionados defectuoso plumas el elevador siempre dañado el wifi solo en parte del lobby, es una opción de emergencia para un día.. Lo mejor para mi la ubicación

Super buena experiencia. Estuvimos con mi esposa unos dias. La comida buena, la limpieza de la habitacion lo mismo. El hotel comodo y limpio. Y creanme que mi esposa y yo somos muy exigentes en la calidad de lo que recibimos. Pueden tomar mi palabra. No se arrepentiran si visitan el hotel!

The stay was comfortable enough, but the hotel is in serious need of renovation. The elevators don't always work and are not sufficient for the hotel needs. The staff, though, are very pleasant, professional and helpful. I was there for business, so my requirements were satisfied.

The hotel did the job. I had a bed to sleep on, nothing was stolen from my room, and the free breakfast is alright. Not worth $100 a night (probably comparable to stateside hotels I've even to that charge $30 a night, but with less maintainance), but they kept it clean. Most light switches didn't work, the shower sliding door was missing a panel, the tub drain was clogged (so you found yourself showering with a few inches of water at your ankle), the sink had a constant leak, the bed was as hard as the floor, all but one pillow was lumpy, wifi was mostly stable but was only in the lobby and was turned off at 10pm, and there were no do not disturb signs (so every mourning I had maids busting in while in my boxers). The staff was very nice , cheerful, and helpful, though. I'd say this hotels main problem was simple maintenance. You know, door knobs and loose towel racks, and things of the sort.

Very bad. The hotel is really bad and dirty. Will never stay there again.
