"Do not stay here they are roaches in the bathroom and kitchen"

Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom and property manager did not seem to take it seriously. The roaches were in the kitchen and coming out bathroom drain.

Ideally situated for Chobe NP, and only a few minutes drive from town. Tours were great and we were able to leave our car there for a few days while we were in Victoria Falls, and they also arranged transfer into and back from VF with no problems.

"Lovely Self Catering apartments with great overall facilities. Good Location."

Great Location, lovely apartments. Well thought out and very comfortable. Lovely view of the river. Basic but nice breakfast.

Wifi in apartments never worked. Despite several conversations with the front desk, nothing was done. Charged for game drive one person did not take, despite the person having food poising and being very sick of day of drive.

"Great location to explore Chobe National Park. Look for busy babies at night if in an apartment!"

Breakfast was nice although the timing of it can conflict with game drives. They were nice to leave out some food for us when we returned from our morning drives. The apartment was quite comfortable and we even saw bush babies along the fence at night.

Communication and confirmations could be better. I only asked about pricing for airport pickup and Victoria Falls transfer. I didn't confirm anything but they sent someone anyway causing much confusion with our tour operator.

Location, value for money. Nice place for a group booking.

Problems with wifii and electricity. We were there with a group in 2019 and again 2024. Maintenence are neglected.

"Great choice for our Kasane stay"

Loved this accommodation. The staff went out of their way to meet all our needs. It is a new property with everything we could possibly need. We shared the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with friends, great choice. Good size rooms with own bathrooms and lots of privacy. The hippos grunted and grazed at night and the bush-babies (nag-apies) came to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

"Nice place poorly managed."

Nice facilities, great restaurant

Money disappear from room and management response was not what I expected while we were there. Weeks later I have tried to contact them for updates on the police investigation with no response. Very disappointing.
