The hotel is new and clean and very homely

Improve the service on the activities you offer. The game drive we were supposed to have didn’t happen because the staff forgot about it. The boat cruise was also overbooked

The place it's self is amazing

1.Breakfast was not up to standard 2.Daily cleaning of the room was not done 3.Introduce bar and restaurant that is flexible for your visitors where you can just crap a drink and chill 4.have activities around the lodge

We had an amazing stay at Sandpiper Villa! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Special mention to Andrew, the guide, who led us on an unforgettable game drives and river cruises. His deep knowledge of the wildlife made the experience feel like we were part of a nature documentary! He also put so much effort to make sure we get a chance to see the animals on our wishlist.We will definitely book again with Sandpiper mainly for the game drives with Andrew. The two ladies at the reception were also extremely helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Highly recommend Sandpiper Villa for anyone looking for an exceptional and personalized experience!
