Great facilities. Comfy.

Location. WiFi didn’t work. Shuttle service unreliable. Staff didn’t follow through on requests. No cell reception.

Property is beautiful Villas are spacious Pools are abundant but not as clean as I’d prefer.

Check in was delayed by 1 hour so we don’t get our room until 5pm Pools not as clean as I’d like

The view was AMAZING from our room and in general the resort is very beautiful. The resort had a lot of planned activities and things going on and the rooms were very clean and well stocked with everything you need - even essentials for the kitchen and laundry in the room. Having the guard gate was a nice touch for security and I also appreciated how you can easily communicate with staff and housekeeping via text. Free parking was also a nice to have as well.

I’m not sure if something happened the day we checked in but we didn’t get our room until around 6 pm and check in was at 4 pm. We arrived at 3 pm and even had to wait in a long line for about 45 mins to even get to the front desk to check in. I wish check in would’ve been handled better. The staff did do their best despite whatever was happening. Lastly, the bed in our room was horrible. The mattress was slumped in and had big lumps. I was disappointed because the room itself was so nice - why was this old mattress in the room? And this is a 4 star hotel - I expected better.
