Le personnel aux petits soins Les femmes de ménage très gentille Bassem et heidi des activités hyper cool

La chambre un peu vieillot Pas d’insonorisation Il y’avait des polonais très bruyant et alcoolisé qui déambulait presque toutes les nuits vers la piscine. Dès octobre trop monde une chose est sûr je n’irais pas à cet Hotel l’été Buffet variés et bon Plage agréable

- Les toboggans - Les sols autour de la piscine ne sont pas glissants - La plage - Piscine (mousse party super !) - Beaucoup de douche dans le complexe - Chambre confortable rénovée

- Salle de bains pas propre (très vieille) - De manière générale l’ensemble du complexe n’est pas propre (tables, sols, vitres, portes) - Piscine sales ! Pas nettoyées durant plusieurs jours - Le restaurant c’est comme la cantine, aucune table est nettoyée/débarrassée et prête lorsqu’on souhaite s’installer. On doit mettre la tables nous mêmes… - Serveurs pas serviables et incompétents (!!!Excepté Aladin qui est professionnel, qui gère une grande partie de l’intérieur, il est serviable et ses tables sont débarrassés, propres, prêtes à l’emploi. Il est gentil, serviable, la classe !!) - Pas de lumière au mini-golf, pétanque, piscine ect. ainsi que dans les couloirs. - Nourriture semblable tous les jours - Personnel restreint et sans formation (on le remarque et on a eu la confirmation par du personnel de l’hôtel)
